Cake Flavors

All of our cakes are baked from scratch, using premium quality ingredients. We try to keep flavours and fillings as natural as we can and keep away from artificial essences and flavours where possible.

  • Please let us know of any allergies, as eggs, nuts and dairy are used daily in our kitchen.
  • All ingredients used are Halaal.
  • All of our cakes can be done eggless.
  • Each tier of your wedding cake can be a different cake flavor.
  • Each tier is 4 layers of cake with filling in between then covered with a layer of white chocolate ganache and then fondant/buttercream/ganache, depending on what your design requires.

Sponge Cake Flavors:

  • Coffee made with freshly brewed espresso.
  • Mocha, best of both chocolate and coffee.
  • Coconut
  • Lemon and poppy seed
  • Zesty orange

  • Granadilla. Vanilla bean cake swirled with granadilla pulp.
  • Almond cake. Made with almond extract and ground almonds.
  • Vanilla and blueberry

Our Signature Cake Flavors:

  • Pina Colada Cake. Coconut cake with toasted coconut buttercream and tangy pineapple filling.
  • PB&J, peanut butter and jam! Vanilla bean cake with whipped peanut butter buttercream and strawberry jam filling.
  • Lemon and blueberry cake. Zesty lemon cake swirled with fresh blueberries filled with white chocolate buttercream.
  • Chelsea Bun Cake. Cinnamon cake filled with vanilla bean buttercream, toasted pecans and salted caramel.
  • Chocolate Raspberry cake. Chocolate cake filled with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry curd.
  • Snowball cake. Pink coconut cake, filled with sugared coconut, vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam.
  • Chocolate orange cake. Chocolate cake filled with zesty orange buttercream and milk chocolate ganache.

Seriously Fruity Cake Flavors:

  • Carrot and pecan cake. Spiced cake with coconut, pecans, fresh carrots and citrus zest.
  • Hummingbird cake. Spiced cake with coconut, dates, nuts, banana and pineapple.
  • Traditional fruit cake. Made with all the bells and whistles! Spiced cake with plump mixed fruit, citrus peel, cherries, dates, and nuts.

  • Cake tasting is done on a monthly basis, subject to my availability and minimum number of brides.
  • Consultations are done if necessary, depending on the complexity of your design.
  • Your order is only confirmed once your booking deposit has been paid.
